"The role of a creative leader (teacher) is not to have all the ideas; it's to create a culture where everyone can have ideas and feel that they are valued."

Educational Philosophy: Learning should be a journey driven by curiosity, creativity, and joy. I believe in fostering a child-centered environment where students are empowered to take ownership of their learning. By embracing personalised learning paths and nurturing intrinsic motivation, we can help students unlock their potential while preserving the natural excitement of discovery.
My personal interests: One of my greatest passions is fly fishing. The rhythmic sound of a cast as the line glides gracefully through the air on the banks of a river is something very special. From the wildlife of southern Africa to the spiritual tranquility of the Himalayas, the raw power of Icelandic volcanoes and the glacier-covered beauty of the Alps, each adventure has offered me a unique connection to nature. It is a pleasure to find peace in these breathtaking landscapes while building meaningful relationships with family and friends.
