About the Role

School of Tomorrow is looking for an expert to design and lead a school-wide support model for all students, with particular expertise in supporting dually gifted (2e) learners. You will integrate curiosity, higher-order thinking, and authentic problem solving into daily instruction and ensure that every learner - both those who need more challenge and those whose strengths are currently hidden - have meaningful opportunities to thrive.

What you bring:

  • University degree in gifted education, curriculum and instructional development, educational psychology or a related field (SEM background essential).

  • Extensive experience in leading support programs that are integrated into the regular curriculum (ideally school or network-wide).

  • Proven expertise in working with 2e learners and strengths-based planning that addresses cognitive and social-emotional needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to create quality curriculum/program materials and collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and families.

  • Core competencies: Inclusive enrichment thinking for all learners; relationship-based approach; precise instructional design; ability to pilot, evaluate and scale innovations.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and implement enrichment activities in the curriculum: Build a practical integration framework (not a stand-alone program) and collaborative planning/common instruction to implement it in classrooms, e.g., enrichment clusters, curriculum compacting, SEM-R, and cross-curricular opportunities.

  • Student advocacy and tailored educational pathways: uncover hidden strengths; support 2e learners through balanced challenges and adaptations; mentor small groups and guide independent investigations (Type I/II/III).

  • Teacher training and coaching: Lead PD, provide model lessons (planned and reactive), offer one-on-one coaching, and put together practical tools that teachers can gradually adopt; spend a lot of time in the classroom observing and supporting practice in real time.

  • Parents and community: host parent evenings/workshops, answer individual questions and communicate our philosophy and approach to support and 2e. Bring in external experts/mentors (researchers, artists, entrepreneurs, technologists) and build partnerships to extend authentic learning experiences.

  • Documentation and impact: Create clear guidelines, lesson plans and reports; track teacher engagement, acceptance and student progress to enable continuous improvement.
